Welcome to Rexada. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order for custom apparel (including workwear, sportswear, streetwear, hospitality wear, and school uniforms), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. General & Scope of Services

1.1. Rexada is a custom apparel manufacturing business specializing in custom workwear, sportswear, streetwear, hospitality wear, and school uniforms.

1.2. These Terms apply to all orders, quotations, sales, and supply contracts entered into between Rexada (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”).

2. Quotations, Artwork & Proof Approval

2.1. Quotations: All quotations provided by Rexada are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.

2.2. Digital Proofs: Prior to production, Rexada will supply digital artwork proofs or visual mockups. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to review and verify all details, including:

  • Spelling, grammar, and font styles.
  • Logo sizing, placement, and colors (Pantone / PMS matching where applicable).
  • Garment sizes, measurements, and fabric specifications. 2.3. Approval: Production will not commence until written approval of the proof is received along with the required deposit. Rexada takes no responsibility for errors present in approved artwork.

3. Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights

3.1. Client Representation: The Client warrants that they own or have explicit legal authorization to use all logos, trademarks, designs, and artwork provided to Rexada.

3.2. Indemnity: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Rexada harmless against any legal actions, claims, liabilities, or costs arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to client-supplied designs.

3.3. Rexada Ownership: All custom design concepts, vector conversions, or digitizing created by Rexada remain the intellectual property of Rexada unless transferred under a separate written agreement.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1. Currency: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2. Payment Requirements: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch/shipping.

4.3. GST: Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added where applicable under Australian tax law.

5. Production, Sizing & Variations

5.1. Sizing: Sizing charts are provided as a guide. Due to manual cutting and sewing processes in apparel manufacturing, an industry-standard tolerance of ±1.5 cm to 2 cm across measurements is deemed acceptable.

5.2. Color Variations: Minor color variations may occur between digital screen previews (RGB) and physical fabric prints (CMYK / Sublimation / Screen Print). Rexada does not guarantee an exact 100% color match to digital screens.

5.3. Turnaround Times: Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Rexada is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Returns & Cancellations

6.1. Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

6.2. Custom-Made Products: Because products are custom-manufactured to your specific specifications (names, logos, custom sizing):

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the client, or client-approved artwork errors.
  • Returns or replacements are strictly limited to manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or failure to meet agreed specifications. 6.3. Defect Claims: Any claim regarding defective goods or manufacturing faults must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the order, accompanied by clear photos/videos of the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Rexada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising out of the performance or non-performance of our manufacturing services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and the state/territory in which Rexada operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
